What ObraOne is
ObraOne is a multi-company construction operations platform. Each organization has its own isolated workspace with takeoff, estimating, projects, job costing, invoicing, field operations, safety, dispatch, equipment, inventory, reports, and team management — controlled by roles and permissions per module.
The product is built around a simple idea: information about a job should be entered once and reused everywhere it is needed. A takeoff produces an estimate. An approved estimate generates the project, its phases, cost codes, and budget. The project drives the buy list, daily logs, schedule of values, invoices, and the job cost report.
Who it serves
General contractors, subcontractors, specialty contractors, estimators, project managers, and operations teams — from a five-person crew on the Starter plan to companies with unlimited users on Crew. The application UI is available in English, Español, Français, Português.
